Deighton, who suffered their first league defeat of the season to Brighouse Town Reserves last time out, stay fourth in the table, where they sit two points shy of the automatic promotion spots.

Boroughbridge, meanwhile, drop to seventh place.

Ripon City recorded back-to-back victories in the Premier Division as they got the better of Gomersal & Cleckheaton on home turf.

The men from Mallorie Park trailed 2-1 at the interval, but went on to enjoy a 4-2 success.

On target for City were Elliot Gracey (2), Oliver Washbrook and substitute Liam Spence.

That result sees Ripon climb to fourth in the top-flight standings.

Elsewhere in the first tier, Knaresborough Town Reserves lost out 3-1 at home to Littletown.

Max Barnard netted an 80th-minute consolation goal for the hosts, who continue to hover just one place and one point above the drop zone.

In Division Two, struggling Wetherby Athletic were beaten 3-1 on the road at Howden Clough and remain third from bottom of the pile.
