For the first time, Santa's Polar Kingdom is bringing a whole world of festive wonder to the Great Yorkshire Events Centre, transforming the familiar showground into an enchanting Christmas destination from 11 to 23 December.

With 12 themed wonders to discover, the attraction promises everything from the Santa Express and twinkling light trails to ice skating, festive entertainment and plenty of Christmas surprises.

And with bookings opening on Friday 30 October, families across Harrogate and the surrounding area can start planning their own festive adventure.

A Christmas adventure on your doorstep

For local families, December is often filled with familiar traditions, from putting up the tree and visiting Christmas markets to writing those all-important letters to Father Christmas.

This year, there's something new to add to the calendar.

At Santa's Polar Kingdom, little ones can discover the Santa Express, explore the Elf Forest Light Trail and find out where Santa's helpers live and play.

There's also the chance to peek inside Santa's Workshop, wander through the colourful Candy Cane Forest and visit the North Pole Post Office.

For those who enjoy a little more adventure, the Ice Kingdom offers skating beneath sparkling lights, while the Christmas Fun Fair promises even more festive excitement.

And it isn't just for the children.

Parents, grandparents and friends can explore the Christmas Market, enjoy festive food and warming drinks, or relax in the Après Ski Bar while soaking up the atmosphere.

Making magical memories together

Whether it's the excitement of the Santa Express, exploring the Elf Forest Light Trail or sharing a hot chocolate after a day in the kingdom, the experience is designed around the moments that make Christmas special.

For families in Harrogate, Knaresborough, Ripon and beyond, it's an opportunity to enjoy a completely new festive experience right on their doorstep.
