Fast-food chain comes to Morrisons in Starbeck as Harrogate gets another Greggs
Harrogate’s new Greggs takeway shop has opened its doors to customers for the first time with the offer of free coffee and pastries.
Motor Fuel Group opened the new bakery at Morrisons superstore service station at Plumpton Park in Starbeck at 6am.
The opening is part of a major expansion by Motor Fuel Group, which has other brands on some of its sites nationallly, including Burger King and Pret A Manger.
Leaflets promoting the opening had included a series of launch offers over four weeks, including a free regular coffee, a free breakfast roll, a free sweet treat and a free sausage or vegan sausage roll with purchases.
The company posted online yesterday: “The wait is finally over - Greggs opens its doors tomorrow!
“Come down and celebrate with your favourite bakes, fresh coffee, sweet treats, and more.
The opening comes as the venue has also opened a new jetwash.
