Lucy Pittaway’s Harrogate Gallery is pleased to announce the launch of two new cycling-themed artworks, adding to its diverse collection that celebrates the beauty of the North.
The gallery, on Harrogate’s Prospect Close, has established itself on the high street, attracting many new visitors since opening nearly two years ago.
The gallery’s collection includes the well-received Yorkshire Life piece, introduced earlier this year.
New artworks in gallery explore the spirit of adventure
This artwork has garnered attention for its colourful depiction of the Harrogate area, featuring the rolling hills and iconic landmarks that define the region.
It has become one of the more popular pieces sold in the gallery.
The latest additions to the gallery are Escape the Ordinary and Born To Ride, two pieces that shift from Lucy’s previous road cycling themes to explore the rugged appeal of mountain biking.
The artwork Escape the Ordinary captures the thrill of a downhill ride after a tough climb, while Born To Ride pays homage to those who embrace the challenges of off-road trails.
Bringing art to art lovers for almost two years
These new works continue Lucy’s tradition of capturing the spirit of adventure in her art.
As the gallery approaches its two-year anniversary in November, it remains committed to showcasing artwork that resonates with both locals and visitors.
