
Anyone in the eligible groups, which now include people 30 and over, will now be able to book an appointment at Wetherby Town Hall (Chain Lane Pharmacy), Deighton Room, Wetherby Town Hall, Market Place, Wetherby LS22 6NE.
People can book appointments now using the NHS National Booking System at www.nhs.uk/covid-vaccination or by calling 119. This allows people to select an appointment at a time and place to suit.
As well as the new vaccination centres, some local GPs are also continuing to work together to provide vaccination services across the district and are busy contacting patients to offer them appointments.
Dr Jason Broch, a GP in Leeds and Chair of NHS Leeds Clinical Commissioning Group, said: “We want to make it as easy as possible for people to get their vaccinations and the new services give people additional options to choose from.
