Kitty explained: "The newly launched deck features 22 oracle cards created to offer daily guidance, encourage self-reflection and help women reconnect with their inner wisdom.

"Uniquely, each card also doubles as a postcard, allowing users to share messages of encouragement and courage with others."

She added of the base for her idea: "So many women hear a quiet inner voice calling them towards something more authentic, more meaningful or more courageous.

"These cards were created as gentle reminders that we already hold the wisdom we need within us.

"My hope is that they inspire women to trust themselves, embrace change and support one another on their journeys."

Kitti said she became a courageous living women’s coach because she saw so many settling for less than they deserve.

She aims to guide, connect and coach them to make courageous choices, day by day, so that they can live a life they created and love rather than loathe.

Kitti admits that her own life has been full of ups and downs and emotionally challenging situations that required courage to leave, while making positive changes for herself and a life of freedom.

Guests who attended the launch enjoyed an exclusive first look at the complete Courageous Living Oracle Card deck, took part in a guided card pull to receive a personal message, heard the story behind the cards' creation and learnt practical ways to use them as part of a daily wellbeing practice.
