Harrogate's Firecracker Ball returns following two-year Covid-enforced break

With an Atlantis theme and a host of prestigious new sponsors, the glittering black-tie event, which has raised over £3million for Barnardo’s since it became its chosen charity in 2002, will this year welcome Berry’s Jewellers, House of Taittinger, and JCT600.

The Atlantis theme will see guests transported to an undersea world of shipwrecks, treasures, mermaids, mermen and a host of other underwater wonders.

Meanwhile, a new website will enable guests to keep up-to-date with all announcements during the build up to the event and participate in the silent auction ahead of the night itself.

The event will once again be hosted by author and former BBC and ITV presenter, Jon Hammond and the committee will soon be announcing a host of other surprises for the hundreds of guests, including the headline act, high profile celebrities and ‘money can’t buy’ auction prizes.
