Mansfield Town 0 Harrogate Town 1: Simon Weaver 'proud' of players after bounce back win
Calvin Miller’s close-range finish from Jack Muldoon’s 27th-minute cross proved sufficient to settle what was a fairly scrappy affair on Tuesday evening.
Mark Beck squandered the Sulphurites’ only clear opportunity to extend their lead when he headed over from just a couple of yards out, though a superb defensive performance ensured that only the one goal was required.

Hide AdMansfield’s best chance to draw level came and went on 65 minutes as Nicky Maynard nodded wide, though the Stags struggled to really open up their visitors.
“This was a great bounce-back by the players,” said manager Simon Weaver, whose side were comprehensively beaten at Leyton Orient on Saturday.
”To a man, they stood up to the task. It didn’t have to be pretty, it was about the result and getting points on the board.
“I couldn’t be prouder of the players, this was a proper performance of passion. We just concentrated on nailing the basics, we had a good balance and sometimes it’s just about grabbing a win.
"It's a great victory, it feels as good as any."
Victory lifts Harrogate two places to 12th in the League Two standings.
