Tesco recalls chocolate cake due to nut allergy fears

Tesco has recalled chocolate cakes from its Finest range due to fears that the product may contain walnuts, which are not mentioned on the label.

This means the product poses a health risk for anyone with an allergy to nuts (walnuts).

The cakes, from the supermarket giant’s ‘FInest’ range, have a Best-before date of January 17 2018, and batch code: D32/18003.

Anyone having bought the above product and have an allergy to nuts, do not eat it. Instead return it to the store from where it was bought for a full refund.
