Scrutiny councillors launch their own impact study into Harrogate UCI cycling event

It happened at around 12.50am on Monday, March 2.

Police say it is still unclear how the fire started but there were people in the vicinity at the time who may have information that could assist with the investigation and are now requesting the public’s assistance to help establish the full circumstances.

The fire occurred at the Lamb and Flag pub in Ripon in the early hours of Monday.
