Operations, management and chef teams at the award-winning West Park have come to together for the roll out of its new takeaway menu with an additional Heat@Home Sunday lunch offer.

Karen French, operations director of Provenance Inns & Hotelsl, which owns the West Park and six other sites, said the business was determined to overcome the challenges of the latest lockdown.

She said: “So much has been published about the woes of the hospitality industry, and we know from the front end just how incredibly challenging it has been.

"But to start 2021 lying down was not an option for the teams across Provenance Inns & Hotels,”

“Our teams have pulled together through thick and thin, determined to protect jobs and serve their communities as only they know how.

"It has been something to celebrate in these tough times; we have incredible people across our business, it’s what make each site work so well. Pride in all we do will keep heads and standards high.

"Quality, seasonal and great value dishes is what we are about. A third lockdown will not keep us down.”

Sister sites The Punch Bowl, Marton-cum-Grafton, The Black Bull, Moulton and The Crown & Cushion, Welburn have each launched their Takeaway and Heat@Home menus too, with the initial customer feedback giving them all something to celebrate.

The collection-only Takeaway service runs on both Friday and Saturday evenings offering a hot full menu of exceptional dishes with a Heat@Home option available to collect for the perfect Sunday lunch. A kids’ menu is also included.

It’s Heat@Home Sunday lunch menu can be ordered anytime up to 5pm on Saturdays and can be collected between 11am – 1pm on Sundays.
