Determined to make the best of the situation, Rhian decided to launch Multi Story Picture House, investing all remaining personal savings into the event.
“When lockdown was announced it really hit me hard,” said Rhian.
“I felt completely hopeless, not knowing how or when I was going to be able to find work again.

Picture House was born.
“Whether it was giving someone sat alone at home an experience to look forward to, or being able to provide work to other local businesses whose projects had been
stalled, I wanted to do something.
“I knew how awful it felt to have no sense of purpose or direction when this all began, and hope that this has been a small light in the dark for some of
those who have been feeling like that too.”
She added: “Live experiences are so crucial to our culture and our overall well-being and so many amazing things are going to be lost if we don’t do something now.
