Dubbed one of the most prestigious hospitality awards in the county, the White Rose Awards, hosted by Welcome to Yorkshire, celebrate the best of the industry.

Hide AdThe awards host 18 categories, including Large Hotel of the Year which aims to recognise full-service hotels providing truly memorable guest experiences and demonstrating excellence across every aspect of the business.
The Yorkshire Hotel in the centre of Harrogate has been owned by the HRH group for two years and has recently received a refurbishment.
The hotel is opening its new look bar and restaurant, Scran, on Yorkshire Day (August 1) in a nod to the hotel's heritage. The Yorkshire has also seen its customer feedback hit new heights moving up 18 places in the TripAdvisor rankings.
The HRH groups’ second finalist property is The White Hart Hotel, which has recently been looking after NHS staff and key workers during lockdown. The team also received a letter of thanks from Steve Russell, NHS Nightingale Harrogate's Chief Executive, thanking them for their hard work.

Hide AdSimon Cotton, Managing Director of the HRH Group said: “We are absolutely delighted that two of our properties have been recognised in these prestigious awards. The hotels have both developed significantly over the past two years and have secured their places as two of the best Yorkshire has to offer.”
The winners of the awards will be announced at the end of August with the exact date and location still to be confirmed.
