TICKETS sales are soaring as Harrogate Theatre launches one of the town’s most anticipated festive treats.
After a decade of pantomime success, this year the theatre presents Beauty and the Beast for the first time.
Such is its popularity that there are only balcony seats left for tonight’s premiere and scarcely any left for tomorrow’s lunchtime performance.
Built on a truly traditional approach, the emphasis as always will be on family fun rather than modern celebrity or Disney cliches.
Appearing this year will be Harrogate favourite Tim Stedman who is back for an incredible 12th pantomime, this time in the role of dim-witted Mudd-elles.
Beauty and The Beast runs at Harrogate Theatre from Friday, November 25-Sunday, January 15.
