For true fans of indie, metal and alt-rock Gig Scene is offering the ultimate ticket competition.
By answering a simple question you could be in with the chance of winning a pair of tickets for both Live at Leeds (the city’s biggest indie day of the year) and Slam Dunk Festival (the biggest alt-punk/rock day of the year in Leeds).
The latter will be held in Leeds Millennium Square on Saturday, May 23 with headliners You Me at Six and a massive array of other rock bands including Taking Back Sunday, Don Broco, The Wonder Years, Neck Deep, Architects and a whole bunch of others.
Live at Leeds, meanwhile, sees more than a 100 bands playing at a dozen venues across the city in only 12 hours on Saturday, May 2.
One pair of wrist bands will get you access to the lot – what a lot that is: Palma Violets, The Cribs, Dutch Uncles, ex-Supergrass main man Gaz Coombes, BBC Sound Of shortlisted George The Poet, Leeds’ noisiest sons Eagulls and Leeds psych rockers Hookworms, Emmy The Great. . .the list goes on.
