Artisan market aims to take winter magic to Harewood House
Artisan market to return to historic Harewood House
Renowned artisan market organiser, Little Bird Made has officially announced the return of its highly anticipated Winter Artisan Market to Harewood House this November.

Run across two weekends - Friday 6 to Sunday 8 November, and Friday 27 to Sunday 29 November - organisers say this year’s event promises an elevated festive shopping experience with a new location set directly on the grand lawn in front of the historic estate.
Visitors to the 18th-century Harewood House will have the chance to discover a curated selection of Yorkshire’s finest independent makers, crafters, designers, and food producers.

The new positioning directly in front of the house gives shoppers a sweeping view of the house and grounds while supporting small businesses offering handmade crafts, festive decorations, unique gift-ware, and local artisan food and drink.
Jackie Crozier, Managing Director and Founder of Little Bird Made, said: “We are thrilled to bring the Little Bird experience back to Harewood House for two distinct weekends this festive season.
"Relocating the market to the front of the house creates an iconic, postcard-worthy setting for our traders and visitors alike.
"It truly showcases the best of Yorkshire’s small business talent against one of the region’s grandest historical backdrops.”

Natalie Holmes, Head of Commercial and Visitor Experience for Harewood House Trust, said: “We’re delighted to be working with Little Bird Made to bring two weekends of markets to Harewood this November.
"The markets offer a fantastic opportunity to welcome new and existing visitors to Harewood during the festive season, showcasing a wonderful selection of independent makers, producers, and small businesses.
"The first market weekend also coincides with the opening of 'Magic at the Mansion', giving visitors the opportunity to enjoy even more of what Harewood has to offer.
"From exploring the House and experiencing the magic of our Christmas season, to browsing independent stalls and enjoying great food and drink, there will be plenty to see, do and discover.

"We’re looking forward to welcoming visitors for two special weekends and creating a real sense of occasion as we begin the Christmas season at Harewood.”
Ryan Pearson, owner of Bird and Bramble, said: “We are thrilled to be back at Harewood House this November. It is such an iconic Yorkshire landmark, and the response from visitors each year is always brilliant.
"We love showcasing our work here and we can’t wait to welcome you all to this beautiful setting.”
While visiting, guests can take the time to explore all Harewood House has to offer, including over 140 acres of grounds and gardens, the Italian Parterre, Himalayan and Walled Gardens, the Adventure Playscape, and walking trails across North Park, South Park, and Lakeside.
Pre-booked entry to the grounds starts from just £3 (free for Harewood members) at www.harewood.org. Entry to explore Magic at the Mansion inside the House requires an upgraded ticket.
