In the opening edition, the boys discuss the sparking rise of Jack Laugher after the Ripon diver won his first gold medal on the World Diving Series in Dubai.

Laugher broke the stranglehold of the Chinese divers in Dubai with a massive personal best and new British record.

He became the first British diver other than Tom Daley to win a gold medal on the World Series.

The guys also discuss the situation at Harrogate Rugby Club as Mike Aspinall reveals to the newspaper his uncertainty over his future at the club.
