The club have issued a rallying call for all former members to watch the first team take on National Two North table toppers Hull Ionians on Saturday.

Claro Road has been the home of Harrogate for over 118 years, with the first match taking place on December 23, 1896.

As reported in this week’s Harrogate Advertiser, the proposed move to Rudding Lane has been put back until next season, leaving the club in limbo over their final home game against Luctonians on April 18.

Saturday’s match at home to Hull Ionians will be preceded by a lunch in the club house at a cost of £12 per person, plus entry fee for non-members.
