Rotherham United striker ‘will be coming back’ to Harrogate Town - Weaver

Weaver says Town have agreed a deal in principle for the 19-year-old to return to the CNG Stadium following the end of Millers striker Leon Best’s suspension.
Yates dealt a blow to Town prior to Saturday’s FA Trophy clash Curzon Ashton as he was recalled to South Yorkshire to cope with the Championship club’s striker shortage.

Weaver said: “He scored three in a short space of time. We have players in there that haven’t.
“We should have two or three players on between 12 and 15 goals the way we have been so creative.
“We have to be more potent.
“We had the agreement, he will be coming back in three games time.”

Platt has had four loan spells at the CNG Stadium during a five-year senior career at York, including a short spell earlier this season.
On the possibility of making a move for Platt, Weaver added: “It’s possible, but we will have Paul Thirlwell back in and he’s been one of our players of the season.
“It’s not been an area we are looking at at the moment.”
