The Northern Counties East League offered Tad the opportunity to play the match at Armthorpe but the club refused.

Chairman Matt Gore said; “They offered us the chance to play it at Armthorpe but we have already played there this season and we want the home fixture.

“Any other club would it cancelled. That's what we have pretty much said.

“Our pitch is not playable due to the rain water and we would rather have the fixture postponed.”

On that occasion, Albion reached the third round of the FA Vase with a comprehensive 4-1 win on December 2.
