IN PICTURES - Harrogate Town 2 Sutton United 0: Advertiser player ratings

Harrogate Town won back-to-back games for the first time in 2019/20 when they beat Sutton United on Saturday afternoon.

Here's an assessment of how Simon Weaver's players performed during Saturday's National League clash at the CNG Stadium. PICTURES: MATT KIRKHAM.

James Belshaw 9. Commanded his box and handled well throughout. The penalty save, from a very decent spot-kick, was absolutely crucial. Also did brilliantly to keep out Will Randall's free-kick.

Ryan Fallowfield 9. Full of energy, willing and determination. Another excellent display up and down the right flank. Has become one of Town's most consistent performers.

Will Smith 9. ADVERTISER STAR MAN. That's three MOTM awards on the bounce now. The young-centre half was superb throughout and as he grows in confidence is even starting to carry the ball out from the back to good effect.

Connor Hall 8. Has developed into exactly the type of centre-half that Town hoped for when they brought him in. Wins enough in the air, is commanding and reads the game well, but his mobility adds that little bit extra.
