A LATE penalty killed off any hopes of a Harrogate Town point at Hyde United on Saturday.
The Wetherby Roaders were beaten 3-2 in the Blue Square North contest across the Pennines against a side yet to drop a point.
Town took the lead just six minutes in through Paul Brayson, only for Hyde to draw level seven minutes later.
Adam Nowakowski put them back ahead in the 18th minute, but the hosts equalised in the 45th minute.
The second half had produced no further goals as Town looked like collecting a point, but a penalty awarded in the 90th minute mean they left empty-handed.
