Harrogate Town not allowed to use own changing rooms during National League play-off tie

Hide AdBut, due to precautions aimed at preventing the spread of Covid-19, the Harrogate players will have to get changed before and after the game in the 1919 Bar.
“The National League have told us that we have to give up both changing rooms for the away team to use,” Weaver revealed.
“It came as a bit of a surprise, to be honest. We offered a couple of alternative solutions, but they said no to them.

Hide Ad“We’re going to have to use the 1919, so we’ve been really busy this week trying to get it sorted out.
"It's been a bit like Grand Designs and Rachel [Davis - club physio] has been brilliant once again organising everything for us.
“We’ve ordered some portable showers and we’ll make the best of the situation. We don’t have the advantage of the home crowd either, but we can’t use any of this an excuse.
"Getting changed in the bar is very Sunday League, however we will try and turn it into extra motivation for the lads."
