Here's an assessment of how Simon Weaver's players performed in their latest League Two outing.

James Belshaw 6 - His heavy touch gifted Scunthorpe their fifth goal, however the difficult back-pass he was attempting to deal with left him in trouble. Thought he had kept Manny Oniarase's opener from crossing the line and made a good save to deny Jake Taylor.

Connor Kirby 5 - The midfielder was asked to do a job at right-back and, while you can't fault his effort, he endured a torrid evening up against the Iron's best payer - Abo Eisa. Twice lost possession inside his own half in the build-up to the visitors' second of the night. Substituted at half-time.

Jake Lawlor 5 - Guilty of ball-watching as he lost Ryan Loft inside the box to leave the United attacker with a tap in for 4-1. This wasn't an error-strewn individual display, though Town just don't look as solid with him at centre-half and have now shipped 11 goals during the last two-and-a-half games he has started in that position. Will claim an assist for the hosts' second goal.

Connor Hall 6 - ADVERTISER STAR MAN. Probably the pick of the Town back-four. Won his headers and did his own job reasonably well, but was still part of a defence that was breached five times. Bagged a late consolation goal with a neat finish.

Warren Burrell 6 - Played the first half at left-back, then the second at right-back and Town looked much more solid down the side of the field that he was defending. Did a better job of keeping the dangerous Eisa quiet than Kirby had done, though his back-pass led to Scunthorpe's final goal.

George Thomson 5 - Picked out Mark Beck with a good free-kick delivery for Harrogate's first-half equaliser, but otherwise he struggled to influence the game. Needs Ryan Fallowfield back alongside him down the right to help get him firing again. Ended the night playing in the centre of the park.

Josh Falkingham 6 - Vocally quiet by his usual standards and, while he was busy in his work and tried to get Town passing the ball, his performance just seemed to lack its usual conviction. Delivered the long diagonal into the box for Hall's goal.

Lloyd Kerry 5 - Not his night at all. Looked off the pace and just couldn't get into the game. Substituted on 68 minutes.

Calvin Miller 5 - Anonymous during the first half on the left-wing. Actually fared much better in general play once shifted to left-back for the second 45, however two loose moments led directly to Scunthorpe's third and fourth goals.

Jack Muldoon 6 - Emphatic first-half finish got the hosts back in the contest, while taking his tally to the season for eight. If nothing else, his performance at least suggested that if Town create him decent chances, then he'll keep putting them away. Worked hard to try and make things happen in the final third.

Mark Beck 6 - Competed reasonably well in the first period and won a towering header to tee-up striker partner Muldoon to make it 1-1. Just as was the case against Blackpool on Saturday, he would however fade after the interval.

Substitutes:

Brendan Kiernan (on for Kirby, 46) 6 - Made a decent impression from the bench with his pace and willingness to run. Still needs to conjure up an end product when he gets into dangerous areas, however.

Aaron Martin (on for Kerry, 68) N/A.
