BBC cameras have followed the trials and tribulations of the Class of 92’s first season in charge of Evo-Stik Northern League club Salford City.

Paul Scholes, Gary Neville, Phil Neville, Ryan Giggs and Nicky Butt took control of the club towards the end of the 2013/14 season, before overseeing the club’s promotion from the Evo-Stik First Division North division last year.

Railway did the double over the champions one month later when a crowd of more than 400 supporters, including Scholes, saw Railway win 1-0 at Station View, with Cartman on target again.

Salford manager Phil Power was sacked by the footballing quintet shortly after that defeat in Harrogate.

The Class of 92 Out of their League documentary airs on BBC One at 9pm on Thursday evening.
