Harrogate Railway defender Jason Mycoe returns to Tadcaster Albion on dual registration
The defender captained Railway to their record finish in Evo-Stik First Division North last season, but a house move has made travelling to Harrogate problematic this term.
Mycoe returns to Ings Lane three years after playing for the Brewers under then boss Paul Marshall.

“Billy has a drama at the moment with Jordan Armstrong being suspended and an another injury, so there was a chance for Jason to go and get a good run of games, but the dual registration allows him to remain with us.”
In one of his first moves in taking on the Railway job from Miller, Ashforth took the captaincy off Mycoe and replaced him with Dan Thirkell at the start of the season.
The defender remained an integral part of selection during pre-season but has not represented the club since being substituted early in the second half in the 6-0 defeat to Scarborough Athletic last month.

“The lads love him.
“But he was living in Selby and then moved half an hour further away.
“He deserves to have the opportunity to go where he wants and we wish him all the best.
“He will be fantastic at Northern Counties level.”
