Big targetman Mark Beck is a doubt for the clash with the Kent-based strugglers having pulled up in training after feeling his hamstring.

"Becky felt something on Tuesday after making what was just a routine pass during training," Weaver revealed.

"We don't think it is anything like as bad as the problem that kept him out of action before Christmas, but we're having it checked out.

"He's having a scan and we'll wait to see what comes back.

"It means there is certainly a big doubt over whether he will be involved at Ebbsfleet.

"We don't need to rush him back before he is ready and risk losing him for a much longer period of time."

Beck, 25, made his first start in more than six weeks in last weekend's FA Trophy sucess at Darlington after being sidelined with a hamstring problem picked up in late November.

He has played 28 times for Town so far this term, scoring six goals.
