A LAST minute equaliser by Paul Brayson grabbed Harrogate Town a 1-1 draw at home to Stalybridge Celtic.
Simon Weaver’s side can count themselves fortunate to get something out of the contest, with the away side dominating possession and looking the more threatening.
Celtic took the lead on 80 minutes when Stephen Brogan followed up Craig Hobson’s initial shot.
Town had to play the remaining minutes with ten men when captain Alan White needlessly picked up a second yellow for tripping Celtic ‘keeper Jan Budtz.
But with the game entering the dying embers, Paul Bolland broke into the box and forced a save from Budtz. The ball broke to Brayson who lobbed the tall shotstopper from a tight angle to snatch a share of the spoils.
