Harrogate set to be battered by snow and ice this week as temperatures plummet

A yellow weather warning has been put in place from 9pm tomorrow, Wednesday, until 10am on Thursday.

Hide AdThe Met Office says: "Ice and snow may bring some travel disruption from Wednesday evening through Thursday morning."
Temperatures are expected to drop as low as minus three in the early hours of Thursday morning, before returning above freezing around midday.
