Hide AdIt follows on from Storm Ciara, which battered the district earlier this week, with high winds, flooding and even a 'risk to life' in some areas.
A Met Office yellow weather warning for wind is still in place for our area from 10am on Saturday to 11.59pm on Sunday as Storm Dennis moves across the UK, but it has taken the decision to upgrade the warning for heavy rain.
It says on its website: "Storm Dennis is expected to bring very heavy rain, flooding and disruption to travel over the weekend."
