VIDEO: Orchestra serenades Harrogate town centre

Musicians from Harrogate Festival Orchestra serenaded shoppers in Harrogate town centre this afternoon.

Music was in the air as musicians popped up in unlikely locations across the town centre including Harrogate bus station and outside of Bettys.

Unsuspecting audiences heard the sounds of Mozart (String quartet no. 4 in c major, k.157) and Harrogate composer, Finzi (Interlude for oboe and string quartet, op. 21), to celebrate the countdown to summer and the 50th Harrogate Festival.
