VIDEO: Fresh look for your Harrogate Advertiser
We have been listening to our readers, through face to face forums, through feedback to our journalists and to me as the editor, and through social media and feedback online.
You told us you wanted an improved Listings column, with advance diary dates too.

And better sections within the newspaper so you could find content in one place - for example school news.
And you wanted a return to the entertainments guide WoW247 sitting in the centre of the newspaper so it can be pulled out
We have more plans in the pipeline too, for a new 'Retro' column in April, and a new retail column to chart the new shop and cafe openings.

The new index on page 2 and 3 is intended to make the newspaper much easier to navigate, and it has been designed in a much more modern way.
The fresh look for our content in print mirrors the changes we have made to bring you all your local news online too. The Harrogate Advertiser now has an app to download, and already hundreds of readers have taken advantage of that.
In April, we also launch our new responsive website, so you can access all your local news, all day, every day, in whichever way you want to read it.
