Harrogate International Centre was without power this afternoon, causing the Country Living Christmas Fair to temporarily close.
Northern Powergrid confirmed 144 properties in the town were affected by the outage, which lasted around three hours from 12pm.
The outage at Harrogate International Centre meant the Country Living Christmas Fair was forced to close to the public in the afternoon, with crowds waiting outside the centre for the power to return.
The show - which reopened at around 3pm, ran until 6pm on Friday, and the fair will run as planned through the weekend.
A spokesperson for Country Living said: "Following this afternoon’s power cut, the Country Living Christmas Fair at the Harrogate International Centre is now back open and will be staying open until the later time of 6pm.
"The fair will be open as normal over Saturday and Sunday.
