Man suffers arm injuries after crash on A61 in Killinghall

A man has been left with minor arm injuries after a crash on the A61 in Killinghall this afternoon.

Police were called at around 2pm to reports that a Renaul Kangoo van and a Citroen Berlingo had crashed on Ripon Road.

An ambulance was called with one of the drivers suffering arm injuries in the crash. He was treated at the scene by paramedics.

Officers blocked one lane of the road to deal with the recovery of the vehicles and have warned drivers they may face delays.
