Harrogate Restoration Partner Julian Rooney said: “We were a little bit worried about the launch event as the forecast was for rain, but we were bowled over by the level of interest and the positive reaction to the hard work we have done to convert this landmark building.

“The price achieved for the flagship apartment was £564 per square foot, which the highest ever achieved in Harrogate by a margin of £100 per square foot. Really quite amazing!”

The development was supported by a £2.1m loan from Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking and Chris Parnell, Relationship Manager, from the firm said: “Harrogate Restoration has shown real vision in redeveloping this local landmark.”
