Have your say on how Church Fenton develops in future

People are being urged to have their say on how Church Fenton develops over the coming years.

Views are being sought on the draft Church Fenton Neighbourhood Development Plan which has been drawn up by the Parish Council and people have until 5pm on February 12, 2021 to comment.

Deputy Leader of the Council, Lead Member for Place Shaping and Councillor for Church Fenton, Coun Richard Musgrave, said: “I encourage every person who lives, works and visits Church Fenton to get involved and take part in this consultation. People’s views can really make a difference.

“This Neighbourhood Development Plan will give the local community the power to develop a shared vision with the Council.

“The community will set out where new developments should be located within the Church Fenton area.

“As well as having a say on what those buildings should look like and what infrastructure should be provided to support the new developments.”
