A community-driven Harrogate radio legend who first made his name at Stray FM is to play a key role in the launch of a new digital radio station for Yorkshire.
Nick Hancock, who was a leading voice at Stray FM for 11 years before it was taken over by Bauer Media, will be a major face at Huddle Radio from this September
Based in Huddersfield, the new station has been created by Sarah Hancock and will be available on DAB, smart speakers, a dedicated app and online, broadcasting 24 hours a day.
Co-creator Nick, who also helped create Your Harrogate in 2020, will present The Morning Huddle, weekdays from 7am to 10am.
