The rain failed to dampen their spirits as they first paraded around the town and then took part in the race, culminating in a swim across the River Nidd.

This young man is certainly giving his team some encouragement. Crossing the river was a scary prospect as the rains had resulted in raised levels. We made it!!! The most entertaining bed was GH Brooks Pannal Mashups. The fastest non-club female team were the Welly Wheelettes. The fastest non-club male team were Guardian Alarms. The fastest Womens team were the Ripon Runners Girls. Flying Pullman were the fastest mixed team.
