The Little Bird Artisan is a curated marketplace offering locally produced arts and crafts, ceramics, jewellery, clothing, flowers and food and drink.

The outdoor event will be coming to St Wilfred’s Church, Duchy Road, every month from 10am to 3pm, starting on Saturday, June 19. Future dates will be July 17, August 14, September 18, October 16, November 20 and December 18.

Little Bird events offer a diverse, quality shopping experience that celebrates independent producers and makers. It is also aimed at bringing the social aspect back into shopping, giving people and the community a chance to meet the artisan makers.

The market has been organised by Jackie Crozier, a professional event manager who already hosts regular artisan markets in Boroughbridge, Easingwold, Ripon, Pateley Bridge and Wetherby. Back in 2018, Jackie saw an opportunity to create her artisan markets for local entrepreneurs and now has a loyal following of traders and customers.
