MDAV DJs will be taking over the Pitcher & Piano in Harrogate for seven hour party
Harrogate is to host a seven-hour Halloween House music party thanks to a locally-based DJ and events business.
On Saturday, October 31, MDAV will be taking over the Pitcher & Piano Harrogate from 3pm until 10pm for Haunted House, which also forms part of the venue’s first birthday celebrations since reopening in October last year.
For this one the business’s founders – the talented duo of Duncan Mythen and Max Czernik – will be joined by the Funky House Project and Funked for the first time, putting three local music brands under one roof for a seven-hour Halloween House music party.
A fantastic line-up will include Duncan and Max (my business partner) plus J-Funk, Ceefour, Pete Stoner, Skuba Steve, Si Capponi and Karl Allen, alongside Tashi on sax.
Haunted House is intended to be the first of a number of events over the next 12 months bringing Harrogate’s local DJ brands, DJs and musicians together.
Duncan Mythen said: “Harrogate has a really strong music scene in the town and some seriously talented people involved in it.
"We want to create more opportunities for those names and brands to come together on bigger events and, hopefully, help raise the profile of Harrogate’s music scene beyond the town itself.
"We’ve got plenty of ideas already for what follows Haunted House but this is very much the starting point.”
Every ticket includes either a glass of Prosecco or a Halloween shot on arrival with a limited number of VIP tables.
