We take a look at 34 dogs that are currently looking for their forever home at the RSPCA York, Harrogate and District branch…
29. Bert
Bert is an eleven-month-old Lurcher who came to the centre as an unclaimed stray via the local dog warden. He is a very sweet and friendly boy with lots of energy to burn. Bert will need an active family who will channel all his energy with exciting adventures so he does not become bored. He is a very happy and cheerful dog who loves playing with his toys. Bert will make a really great family pet and he is sociable with other dogs so he could live with another dog so long as they match his zest for life. Photo: RSPCA
30. Kiki
Kiki is an eight-year-old Dogue de Bordeaux who is a very sweet natured girl and came to the centre as an unclaimed stray via the local dog warden. Kiki is the classic gentle giant and she absolutely loves being in the company of her people and would actually sit on your knee if she could. There are three things that mean the most to Kiki and they are snuggles with her family, her soft toys and her food. Kiki has a great big heart so full of love which she is happy to share with you. 31. Jemima
Jemima is a four-year-old Greyhound who came to the centre via an inspector after her needs were not getting met. Jemima is such a loving and affectionate girl who will just snuggle into you for as many cuddles as she can get. She has missed out on so much that we take for granted, as her life was simply being forced to race. Jemima will make a lucky family the best friend they could wish for. Photo: RSPCA
32. Domino
Domino is a six-year-old Greyhound who is a really sweet and friendly boy and is ready to start his search for a forever home. Domino has a great character and everyday the staff at the centre are seeing more and more of it shining through. He absolutely loves his walks and loves investigating new things. Domino is cheeky, loving and affectionate and has so much love to offer his new family. Photo: RSPCA
