We take a look at 20 dogs that are currently looking for their forever home at the RSPCA York, Harrogate and District branch…
17. AJ
AJ is a four-year-old Dobermann who came to the centre as his previous owners could no longer meet his needs. He is a very sweet natured boy who is a little shy with meeting new people but it really does not take him long to come out of his shell. AJ is an active boy who enjoys being out and about on his walks so he will need his new family to take him on exciting adventures. He is a really lovely lad who is just waiting for his special someone to come along and give him his happy ending. Photo: RSPCA
18. Flint
Flint is a two-year-old Lurcher who is a very friendly guy that came to the centre as a stray via the local dog warden. He is a lovely natured dog who will make a family lucky enough to adopt him a fantastic addition to their home. Flint loves his walks and is quite an active and playful dog so would love a family who will take him on lots of nice walks and exciting adventures. Photo: RSPCA
19. Tig
Tig is an eleven-month-old American Bulldog who came to the centre via an inspector after being found abandoned with his siblings. Tig is a very sweet natured boy who loves to be with people and is a typical young lad with bags of energy and lots of love. He has never experienced life in a home so he has so much to learn about life. He will need adopters who have time and patience to help him learn what life is all about. Photo: RSPCA
20. Bert
Bert is an eleven-month-old Lurcher who came to the centre as an unclaimed stray via the local dog warden. He is a very sweet and friendly boy with lots of energy to burn. Bert will need an active family who will channel all his energy with exciting adventures so he does not become bored. He is a very happy and cheerful dog who loves playing with his toys. Bert will make a really great family pet and he is sociable with other dogs so he could live with another dog so long as they match his zest for life. Photo: RSPCA
