First anniversary offers by popular Harrogate store nick-named ‘jolly jewellers’ by customers
A Harrogate store which customers have affectionately nicknamed the ‘jolly jewellers’ is to celebrate its first year in the town with hundreds of pounds worth of prizes.
Family-owned national diamond, jewellery and watch retailer Beaverbrooks is set to celebrate its first year in the town with a four-day anniversary event from Friday, May 1 to Monday, May 4, featuring exclusive in-store offers and more than £650 worth of prizes up for grabs.
To mark the milestone, the James Street jeweller is inviting customers to take part in a ‘spin the wheel’ game, with prizes including Beaverbrooks jewellery, gift cards worth up to £50, cleaning accessories and sweet treats, alongside a special £75 off when customers spend £500 or more on full-priced items.
Over the past year, the Harrogate team has built a strong reputation for warm and welcoming customer service, with customers affectionately nicknaming them the “Jolly Jewellers” shop.
Clare Watson, store manager at Beaverbrooks Harrogate, said: “We have all loved becoming part of the local community over the past year.
"It means so much to celebrate this milestone with everyone who has made us feel so welcome.

The Harrogate team has developed close ties with the local community, supporting Knaresborough charity Henshaws, which helps people living with sight loss and a range of disabilities to achieve their ambitions and live more independently.
The partnership reflects Beaverbrooks’ long-standing commitment to giving back, with the family-owned jeweller having donated more than £25 million to charities since 2000.
The anniversary also marks a special year for long-serving team members Clare, the Store Manager, who celebrates 25 years with Beaverbrooks in April, and Les, Sales Consultant, who reaches her 30-year milestone later this year.
