140 homes affected by Harrogate power cut
Northern Powergrid has confirmed that 140 homes are still without power in Harrogate.

Properties in and around Walworth Avenue are affected - the power cut was first reported at 7.30am, and now isn't expected to be resolved until as late as 6pm.
The company said it was caused by an unexpected problem with the electricity cable that serves the area.
