Footnet Sports: will be running at Pannal Primary School again over the October half term. The sports coaching is in multi-skills including mini basketball, short tennis, netball and football. This year’s dates are Wednesday, October 31 and Thursday, November 1 at the school from 10am-2.30pm. Boys and girls aged between six and 12-years old are welcome. Village Hall News: Pat Fitzgerald and his committee colleagues will be launching a new Pannal Village website at the village hall AGM on November 6 at 7.30pm. This exciting new project will enable all our community groups to link together and share information to promote events and better coordinate activities in the village. Pat cordially invites representatives from all local interest groups and businesses including the Village Society, PTA, WI, churches, all Scout and Guide Groups and all villagers who wish to learn how this new facility will work. The AGM will include a demonstration of how we can all link into the new website and benefit from the features it will offer. The meeting will take place in the main hall and the demonstration will be done on the new big cinema screen. All are welcome.

Pannal Friendly Club: will meet on October 23 at 2.15pm in the Chapter House at St Robert’s Church. The meeting’s speaker will be John Shackleton discussing his Fire Engine to Bohemia.

Latin and Ballroom Dancing for Beginners: a six week course provided by White Diamond Entertainment is starting in Pannal on Tuesday, November 6 at 1.30pm.
