Letter: School Transport - How does the Grammar fit in?
I was dismayed to read that, as '˜faith' schools, St Aidan's and St John Fisher's pupils are denied access to subsidised T buses serving other schools in the area (Advertiser, November 3).
As converts to the prevailing Westminster ‘faith’, Harrogate Grammar School is now an academy and, like Aidan’s and Fisher’s, outside NYCC’s control. Does the same myopic decision apply to them too, no doubt increasing peak time traffic chaos?
