O&3 - The Oil Family was co-founded by siblings Jennifer Wood, Eleanor Wade and Thomas Kerfoot, whose father is David Kerfoot MBE DL, founder and former chairman of The Kerfoot Group, which was a major player in the oils industry before it was sold to a French company in 2015.

Chief executive Jennifer Wood said: “Growing up in the natural oils industry, my brother, sister and I learned a huge amount about the sourcing of ingredients, but we could also see that the way it worked needed shaking up. Often slow-moving and inflexible, the industry just wasn’t delivering the service customers expected. That’s why we set up O&3 – The Oil Family.”

Since April 2018, O&3 has increased its range to more than 600 natural oil products and grown its client base to more than 800 global customers.

The company is also also focused on making buying easy and transparent, and has created what its says is Europe’s largest online natural ingredients database at www.oand3.com/technical-zone.
