North Rigton, Huby and Weeton

Cupcakes and Super heroes: the chef at the Square and Compass pub stayed up to the early hours of the morning baking 100 cupcakes for children and staff of North Rigton C of E Primary School for their Children in Need fundraising day. The school was an eclectic mix of characters as children and staff came as their favourite book or film hero. With spies, wizards, super heroes, (including Captain Underpants) and princesses to name a few the playground was as safe as houses. The eventful day raised £150 for Children Need and the children were very happy to part with their pocket money to obtain one of the glorious cakes.
