As part of the series ‘Weekend Escapes with Warwick Davis’ the Harry Potter star and his family travelled to North Yorkshire to meet Knaresborough clairvoyant Carolina Bruce to read his future.

Carolina met Warwick, his wife and their two children and predicted a number of different events for the whole family as they sat in the candle-lit cave.

She said: “The whole family were so down to earth and they made me feel so comfortable that I forgot the cameras were there and what was going on.

“I gave Warwick a reading first and I mentioned a little bit about his past, present and future and then I told him that something unexpected would be coming up.

“A few months later it came out that he was going to be in the new Star Wars film so I felt that must have been what I was talking about.”

The 58-year-old psychic, who has also performed her skill on stars including Paul O’Grady said that Warwick would be one of her ‘most memorable’ readings.

She said: “He was such a nice guy. After it was all over he turned to the cameras and just had this expression on his face.

“He said that it was amazing and that he had never had anything like that done before which was fantastic to hear.”

Carolina’s medium meeting with the Davis family will be shown on Friday, May 1 on ITV and the clairvoyant admitted she was apprehensive about watching it.

She said: “I have been on TV shows before so I know they cut things out and try and show a balanced view so you always have that apprehension about how they are going to put it all across.”
