250 guests gathered at the Royal Hall to celebrate the work of Open Arms Malawi.

Businesses and individuals contributed an exclusive auction, and Jewellers Boodles donated a diamond necklace that was raffled to help raise a fantastic £30,000 on the night.

Emma Vanson, fundraising manager for Open Arms said: “The support that we received for the 2015 anniversary ball was absolutely fantastic.

“Jane Hartley and Judith Rudolph who led the ball committee, and the whole team, arranged an excellent evening.”
